At Least 15 Vehicles Involved in Snowy Crash Near Loveland

Loveland, CO -- Tuesday’s snow caused a multi-vehicle crash on I-25 near Loveland.

The Loveland Fire and Rescue Division responded to the crash shortly after 12:30 PM. Authorities said that between 15 and 17 vehicles were involved in the accident, including semi-trucks and passenger vehicles. The Colorado State Patrol also responded to the scene and closed the northbound lanes of I-25 for several hours after the crash; the interstate reopened around 5:00 PM.

At least six people sustained injuries and were transported to the hospital. The Loveland Fire and Rescue Division chief said all of the injuries appeared to be minor. CSP reported no fatalities from the crash.
